The Phoencians lived in the western part of the Fertile Crescent by the Mediterranean Sea
The Phoenicians depended on the Mediterranean sea for sailing and trading to other countries and civilizations. The Phoenicians used ships to sail to other countries to trade and see other cultures. The Meditterranean sea also provided the Phoenicians with fish. The Phoenicians also had great cedar wood forests and they used them to make houses and furniture. They used the cedar wood to build ships to sail accross the Mediterranean sea.
